Tze-Huei having come from a food and beverage background in international hotels, and Chewie the owner of a national hospitality solutions business, it is fair to say the Choo brothers share a life long calling for hospitality. The brothers had discussed opening a venue together for a long time… in actual fact, a VERY long time. They had entertained many concepts and opportunities over the years but, never a cafe. The inspiration derived from the ever evolving Aussie cafe culture, united with the diversity of Australia’s multicultural community.
